Natures Pasture is a family owned and operated farm located in Auburndale, Wisconsin. Natures Pasture is dedicated to growing natural food in a natural environment. Our specialty is grass fed, Black Angus beef and pastured chicken and turkey. We feed and finish all of our beef on fresh grown perennial natural grasses, no grains are ever used. Our cattle are grazed day and night and they are never given any types of hormones, or antibiotics. Our cattle are raised in a humane, stress-free environment with rotation of our paddocks allowing for clean grazing areas and natural fertilization of our pastures.

Chris Covelli began farming as Tomato Mountain Farm in 1993. With a degree in geography from UW-Madison, he is a self-taught farmer and food scientist. He moved to his current 12 acre farm in 1999 and a few years later started bottling a line of salsas, sauces, soups, etc., from his organic produce in a licensed kitchen on the farm. In 2010, the farm re-started a dormant CSA to expand the diversity of crops grown and develop a relationship directly with customers. The CSA is available for an extended season (through December) by home delivery throughout Chicagoland.

Wind N Oaks Farms strives to produce fresh vegetables and mushrooms that are grown responsibly. By this, we mean that we do not use any chemicals that are unnecessary and strive to use as many organically approved chemicals as possible. We try our best to be as environmentally friendly as possible using mushroom compost to lower our fertilizer needs and will soon be heating our greenhouses with waste oil. We raised mushrooms, hydroponic greenhouse vegetables and a variety of field-grown seasonal vegetables.

Poopy-Doo Farm is a 13-acre farm located in southeast Monee Township. Major products offered are: Mama's Magic Manure, an aged, odor-free manure from seven different animals that includes hay, straw and wood shavings. The combination makes it more nutritious. Goat & sheep are sold for meat or to start or enhance an existing flock or herd. Eggs are also sold when available. Our newest product,Carmen & Carries Compost Cookeries is a raw version of the above, without the horse manure, to heat up composts.  Our products are offered in various quantities with delivery available within a 15 mile radius of the farm.
