Small family farm in Watseka, IL owned and operated nearly 100 years by the Moore family. Sustainable farming methods used since the 1980's marketing through farmers markets and a CSA. Grass Fed Beef & Katahdin Lamb, Pasture-raised Tamworth Pork, pasture raised veal, turkeys, ducks and chickens for meat and eggs. Several livestock breeds are heritage, known for excellent meat flavor and quality. No drugs, growth hormones or animal byproducts. Beef and lamb receive no grain during their lifetime. The Moore's also stone mill fresh corn and wheat products by special order.
Pasture-raised and without the use of hormones and antibiotics: eggs, chicken, turkey and duck. Grass-fed beef, sold by the quarter or ground by the pound. Pasture-raised pork is avail. as ground or sausage and also by the half. Our bacon and ham are nitrate-free.
Family owned and operated just picked seasonal: apples, peaches, pears, plums, blueberries, cherries and even apraocits...just some of the fruit we will have to offer this summer. Blankenship Farms is a third generation Southwest MI family farm, providing fresh fruits and vegetables for over 50 yrs. We grow peaches, apples, plums, strawberries, blueberries, cherries, tomatoes, sweet corn and much more. While we are not 100% organic, all our produce is grown w/minimal chemicals.

Located in the rolling hills of southwest WI, Brunkow Cheese has been crafting specialty and artisanal cheese since 1899. Over 40 hand-made, small-batch varieties for over 100 years, Brunkow Cheese is one of the most respected and revered of Wisconsin Cheesemakers. Specialties include award winning cheddars aged up to ten years, morel mushroom, Monterey Jack, Brun-uusto (heated over a flame and served warm), and a line of artisanal cheeses aged in an underground cellar.
Benoit Farms is a family run farm specializing in farm crops: over 60 varieties of pumpkins and gourds, the farm has a U-Pick pumpkin patch and performs educational field trips for area schools. We harvest a large variety of summer produce: sweet corn, tomatoes, beans peppers, potatoes and much more.

For over 20 years, Jim Kathy and daughter Brenda Vitalo have been growing their own herbs and infusing them into 12 vinegar flavors, dried herb rubs, blends and dips. They were chosen in 2006 and 2007 as a finalist in the Gallo Family Vineyards Gold Medal Award for their artisanal Basil Oregano Vinegars.
