Small family farm in Watseka, IL owned and operated nearly 100 years by the Moore family. Sustainable farming methods used since the 1980's marketing through farmers markets and a CSA. Grass Fed Beef & Katahdin Lamb, Pasture-raised Tamworth Pork, pasture raised veal, turkeys, ducks and chickens for meat and eggs. Several livestock breeds are heritage, known for excellent meat flavor and quality. No drugs, growth hormones or animal byproducts. Beef and lamb receive no grain during their lifetime. The Moore's also stone mill fresh corn and wheat products by special order.
